Non-profit professionals frequently assume that having a degree or a particular skill set is all that's necessary for success. Yet, no one succeeds without the support and cooperation of others. The choices you make determine the influence you have to motivate people and achieve your goals. In every organization, it is critical that you understand how to engage and motivate a range of people - donors, board members, staff or volunteers. Your capacity to acquire and maintain the attention of any or all of these people is critical to your success. When this workshop is over, you'll have acquired new skills that you can put to work immediately to significantly expand your influence with others.
A fun and highly interactive session guaranteed to drive the success of non-profit organizations. Expect a combination of lecture, small group discussions and role playing aimed at increasing learning and sharpening skills.
