Jerry Seward, Google enthusiast, will show us how to use Google collaboration tools to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.

Bring your laptop if you'd like to follow along. Please sign up for a Gmail account ahead of time in order to fully benefit from this program.

Don't have a laptop, come anyway. There will be plenty to learn as you follow along.
