Strategic Plan
Strategic planning has been a mark of RPCN for many years. The first strategic plan was the result of a brainstorming process conducted in 1995. Since then, as members’ needs change, the organization has conducted sessions periodically to determine how well it was meeting those needs. In the process the organization re-examines its vision and mission, defines a strategy and actions to address the member’s needs.
