Conference Exhibitor Registration

On October 26, 2016, RPCN will host a one-day conference at the Radisson Airport Hotel. This conference is intended to provide information and assistance for small businesses.

The conference provides an excellent opportunity for exhibitors to display their businesses and increase their exposure and influence in their field. Below is a description of both member and non-member exhibitor packages.

Exhibitor Packages:

Non-member Package: $275.00           

Each Package Includes:

• 1 – 6’ table
• 2 folding chairs
• Full access to all conference sessions for one person
• Continental breakfast and lunch for one person (please inform us if you have any food allergies)

Other Options:

• Electrical Outlet
• Skirted Table
• Extra Exhibitor Pass (Additional conference passes can be purchased for $75)

           Extra Exhibitor Pass includes:

• Full access to all conference session for one person
• Continental breakfast and lunch for one person (please inform us if you have any food allergies)
  

Booths are rented on a first come, first served basis. We can accommodate up to 14 vendors.

Event begins at 7:30 am and ends at 4:30 pm. Booth set-up begins at 6:30 am. Booths must be completed no later than
8:00 am.

Any vendors who have not paid in full by September 1, 2016, will lose their space (no refunds will be given).
