Unleashing the Power of People (Note Location)

The Enhancing Human Capital program was started in 2016 with a donation by Floyd Tucker of his careers worth of Intellectual Capital. Focused on companies/teams with internal issues,  the notion behind the material is a methodology for engaging people to work together to identify, analyze and solve business leadership and employee relationship issues.Participants in this workshop will learn:

1. An overview of the Enhancing Human Capital (EHC) system

    a. History and background
    b. System roadmap
    c. Supplemental Materials

2. How to identify when your company or your client's company should apply the EHC system through:

    a. A few simple examples and case studies
    b. Audience participation in exercises/role play

3. How a consultant or business can engage with the Enhancing Human Capital team to solve client company issues.
