On Thursday July 16, 2020, RPCN will conduct a presentation on another aspect of our Enhancing Human Capital series.

Today we will explore three aspects of the employee management process: Rewards, Recognition and Remuneration. The program will be conducted by Bob Lewis, starting at 11:30 on 7/16/20 an Zoom. We will consider how they interact and are differentiated. We will consider how each has been applied in most organizations, with some creative variations introduced, with the intent to gain these Key Learnings:

1. The conventional applications in traditional organizations.

2. How creative applications can be useful to the employment process and career progress.
