Goals are powerful. They help us crystallize our vision of the future. Goals motivate us to take action and give us direction in an ever-changing world. The ultimate goal is to unleash your potential – to be who you want to become and positively impact people you encounter along the way. Every goal encompasses countless steps as well as obstacles that clearly defines the need for focus, determination and perseverance to achieve success. The best thing about goals is the ability to reflect with open eyes and knowledge if/when the approach isn’t working. Have you ever felt like you were taking one step forward and 3 steps back?
In today's presentation, Cindy discusses the importance of setting goals, steps to achieving those desired outcomes and examples of overcoming obstacles and/or learning from failure along the way. Most importantly, her presentation is intended to motivate others to set goals - now. As we embark on a new norm, now is the best time to create goals that will inspire and motive us towards a growth-minded, happier future.

Cindi Crowley, President of Sales360plus is a highly experienced and skilled leader, with a successful track-record of results. Cindi works closely with individual contributors and executives, building high performing sales organizations and consistently surpassing business goals. She has been very successful in utilizing a focused approach to quickly uncover “performance gaps”, and develop customized solutions that positively impact company objectives. Her clients range from large financial advisor organizations, telecommunications, Regional accounting firms and Universities. With more than 20 years of Sales Leadership experience, Cindi has worked with more than hundreds of professionals through speaking engagements, classroom facilitation and one on one development coaching Giving back to the community is one of Cindi’s top priorities. She is currently on the board, serving as Director of Volunteers for Tech Rochester, Committee Chair of Finance for Rochester Women’s Network, a 10-year veteran as a tax preparer and trainer for C.A.S.H organization, a Business Coach for The Entrepreneur’s Network, and several other committees that have helped Rochester grow.
