Feedback Loops

This session of Enhancing Human Capital will focus on Feedback Loops within an organization.


The hardest part about being a leader is getting honest feedback.  Feedback Loops can help individuals and organizations continuously improve and innovate.  We’ll talk about the elements of an effective feedback loop and discuss how creating a culture of honest and open communication within your organization makes it easier for you to give, receive, and act on feedback.
