Dealing with Conflict

RPCN’s ‘Enhancing Human Capital’ team will be holding their February 2021 Lunch-n-Learn session on Thursday February 18^th from 11:30am to 1pm. The session will be lead by Devin K. Floyd, President of RPCN and President of NYOCON. February’s topic will be “Dealing with Conflict”. It will be an interactive discussion where all attendees are encouraged to participate. Practically everyone has had to deal with difficult people or difficult teams in the past, but not many people know how to deal with them constructively. Join us as we discuss ways to deal with conflict and thrive.
