Including and Engaging Everyone On a Team - EASILY!

Presenters: Dave Finger

When was the last time you attended (or led) a group discussion where you walked away feeling that things went perfectly, where everyone contributed, it took less time than predicted, and it was actually FUN?

We all know that having an agenda can help, a timekeeper is beneficial, someone to keep everyone on task is a blessing, but how often do all of these come together in the same meeting?

Let's take a look at a different approach to group discussions. A LIBERATING approach. An approach with STRUCTURE.

Dave has been using a set of tools for group discussions called Liberating Structures for the last 10 years with remarkable results. He has introduced LS to volunteer groups, to work groups and to family discussions. Every time, those that participated were WOWED by how effective and FUN these tools can be.

Come spend an hour learning about LS and actually taking part in using one during this RPCN program event.

Key Learning #1: What exactly ARE Liberating Structures, and why do I need them?

Key Learning #2: Gain an overview of some of the more popular of the 33 Structures

Key Learning #3: Experience taking part in a Liberating Structures activity
