Please join us for the next installment of RPCN’s EHC virtual Lunch –n- Learn on  “Managing Remote Teams." 

Managing a remote workforce involves more than just setting up team meetings on Zoom and hoping for the best. During this interactive discussion we'll talk about best practices for managing remote teams, whether they're your direct employees or just members of your virtual value chain.

This is another of RPCN's monthly sessions designed to illuminate more of body of works entitled Enhancing Human Capital designed to help organizations understand how to improve their business by improving their people.
