Please join us for the next installment of RPCN’s EHC virtual Lunch –n- Learn on  “Impact of Covid 19 on Employee Engagement And Emerging Attitudes." 

Objective:

To uncover the employee engagement and workplace outlooks of today's workers post Covid 19 and the consequences that will result for all of us. Significant changes are occurring.

Overview:

Covid 19 has caused a huge modification of our lifestyle interactions with each other. From social distancing to mask mandates and vaccination protocols, there are significant changes afoot. For many at various levels of the workforce, the separation from the workplace has induced some changed viewpoints for future participation. This session will explore the knowable aspects of these viewpoints, which may have led to the “great resignation,” and what to expect from the emerging culture shifts in the workplace. The Enhancing Human Capital session will be held on January 20 at 11:30 am via Zoom.

The meeting is free but you will have to provide your own lunch.

This series provides an opportunity to explore Dr. Floyd Tucker's "Enhancing Human Capital" program, designed to help businesses build healthy organizations and happy employees.
