Objectives of this Meeting

1. Introduce a way to change Goal Setting from a static exercise into a flexible, meaningful tool that continually impacts business success.

2. Provide time for attendees to start or update their 2022 Business Goals.

3. Exam one piece of our Business Plan to ensure that it is strong enough to support the Goal it impacts.

We are all 60 days into the new year, so are you on track with your Goals, already behind, or never got around to completing your 2022 Business Goals and Plans? Regardless of your answer, you are not alone. It's likely we all have been to a Goal Setting seminar, read a book, or had a past employer tell us how to do it. Some of us figured out how to make those lessons work, while others have tried many times but still don't feel comfortable and confident in the Goal Setting process. As entrepreneurs and small business professionals, have you recently asked yourself "why is this process so tedious and uncomfortable"?

In this two-hour workshop, I will introduce you to a Goal Setting approach that you can start and finish without the pressure of needing everything thoroughly laid out and described in great detail, plus a way to keep your Goals and Plans relevant and supportive of your efforts.

To get the most out of this session, you should bring your 2022 Goals & Plans to this event whether it's on your laptop or just some scribbled notes on a napkin or placemat. You can relax, no one will see it but you. By the end of our time together, I hope you will have either updated your Goals and Plans a little, started rewriting your rough notes, or felt encouraged enough to begin creating your roadmap to success.

Tom Fecteau's interest in analyzing and solving business challenges began with outside-the-classroom experiences while pursuing his Business degree at Rochester Institute of Technology. Over several years and a few career changes, Tom found his passion in helping entrepreneurs start up a training and coaching business as part of an international franchise organization. 30 years and over 200 startups later, he shares his lessons for taking good business theory and strategy and converting them into pragmatic, effective processes adapted to the many styles of people that have an entrepreneurial spirit. Tom understands the struggles with changing our habits and rules whenever one seeks a higher level of performance and results. To that end, he engages clients with a mix of kindness, curiosity, and a pinch of direct, unfiltered honesty when needed.
