Both coaching and mentoring are about helping people get where they want to go by leveraging the experience of the coach or mentor. For February’s Lunch-n-Learn, EHC will lead an interactive discussion where we will define a definition for each, examine the differences between the two, and discuss ways to strengthen your skills at each.
