RPCN’s Enhancing Human CapitalTM Lunch-n-Learns are held on the third Thursday of every month. Please join us for the next installment on March 17, 2022.
Creating a Competitive Advantage by Aligning Interests
Facilitator: Bob Manard
Meaningful success requires getting other people to help you accomplish your goals. The problem is that it’s not always easy to get others to do what you want. People are people and they’re usually motivated toward their own self interests. That’s not necessarily a bad thing. Understanding what drives the people on your team is the first step in pulling them together for mutual benefit. We’ll look at ways to make sure that everyone’s goals are at least compatible enough to ensure success.
This meeting is free for everyone.
