Creating a Competitive Advantage by Aligning Interests
Facilitator: Bob Manard
Overview Meaningful success requires getting other people to help you accomplish your goals. The problem is that it’s not always easy to get others to do what you want. People are people and they’re usually motivated toward their own self interests. That’s not necessarily a bad thing. Understanding what drives the people on your team is the first step in pulling them together for mutual benefit. We’ll look at ways to make sure that everyone’s goals are at least compatible enough to ensure success.
Key Objectives
This meeting is free for everyone.
