Resilience means the ability to become strong, healthy, or successful again after something bad happens. Building your resiliency to succeed comes from growing your ability to deal with your internal negative emotions, such as bitterness, hopelessness, anger etc. You will walk away with stronger faith and confidence to eliminate negative emotions, have a sense of purpose and believe in reaching your goals.

Sara Im grew up in Cambodia. She endured 4 years of captivity and survived the Mass Genocide that claimed two Million lives. Sara is an inspirational speaker and an author of an award-winning inspirational book “How I Survived the Killing Fields”. Sara graduated from Western Connecticut State University. Sara speaks to inspire, motivate and encourage others to have hope, more courage and a positive perspective in life. Sara operates her own wellness business, Smart Healthy Living. She is a member of Women Speakers Association, Toastmasters International and a founder & director of Christian Professionals Network of Tampa Bay. Sara lives in Florida and she just celebrated her 32 years of marriage.
