Fletcher is a N.Y. State attorney also admitted to the four federal district courts in the state. He was admitted to practice in two other states and federal courts but is no longer active there. He has done several jury and non-jury trials in state and federal courts, and state court appeals. Several of his cases are in published decisions. He has also done many administrative hearings. All of these involve witness preparation and the review of documentary evidence. A large part of his practice is now transactional, preparing documents such as wills and powers of attorney, agreements, loans, and residential leases. Litigation experience has informed his document preparation. Before coming to Rochester, he was a trainer with a statewide consumer utility organization. Over a five year period, he helped the Monroe County Bar Ass’n produce The People’s Law School televised from the WXXI studios.
