We all know that trust is critical in well-functioning teams (whether the teams be internal within a single company or external including clients, suppliers, and partners) and we will discuss how tools presented in Stephen R. Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People can be used to help us build trust.

Dave Bassett has been a Patent Agent registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office since 2004 and has helped people get patents in a wide number of fields. Dave also has a strong interest in helping others to become more effective in their interations with their colleagues and as such has been a charter member of the RPCN Enhancing Human Capital team. He is also a current director and past president and a past treasurer of RPCN.
