In "The Great Resignation: Part 2", we will continue our examination of the phenomenon that has seen more than 8 million people unexpectedly leave the workforce. In Part 1, we took a deep dive into why this is happening from an employee's point of view. In Part 2, we will explore what employers and teams can do to make sure that the effects of this phenomenon are minimized in their organizations. Special attention will be paid to solutions for small businesses and solopreneurs.
