The economy is in turmoil over providing a sufficient number of qualified workers for all of the open positions that exist. In Parts 1 and 2, we examined the phenomenon from the employee and employer perspectives. In Part 3, we’ll approach this from an entrepreneurial mindset. Keeping workers requires keeping workers fulfilled. We’ll discuss the secrets to a fulfilled workforce and ways to provide a more rewarding experience for everyone involved, including employees, employers, and customers.

Robert Lewis (Bob) has owned and operated several small businesses for over 40 years. His prime was Manpower Staffing for 32 years in Rochester, NY and thereafter a franchise brokering business, followed by a business consulting business called Advicoach, dedicated to improving entrepreneur performance. These led to his current enterprise, Entrepreneur Central. This is based on the vision that all of us need to understand better and cultivate the entrepreneur in all of us and apply the approach to improve all our lives.
