Known as "The Sales Locksmith", Tom has been training and coaching small businesses for over 30 years. Before that, Tom struggled as a sales professional and failed entrepreneur. He discovered that the ""best practices"" he had been taught would never work for him. By risking some creative experimentation, Tom cracked the code; which led him to the success he had fought so long to achieve.

Later, Tom learned that ADHD played a major role in his journey. He recognized that many other entrepreneurs had similar struggles. Tom now shares his methods to help others be less frustrated and achieve more consistent results in their sales and business operations."
