When we have an idea that we are excited about, we want clients to be on the same page and we want our idea to be carried out. However, our idea is not always the best idea. When we really listen to others around us and say "yes" to collaboration, we open our world up to a whole new set of possibilities. Great customer service comes from listening to our clients and building solutions with them. In this interactive workshop, we will explore the exciting world of collaboration and listening through improvisation. In addition, the fun and creative spirit of improv will open us up to new possibilities and provide laughter along the way.
