Cindi Crowley, President of Taxes360, LLC, is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of delivering results. Her journey into tax preparation began while training Intuit’s customer service team, where she uncovered a deep passion for helping others navigate the complexities of tax law.
In 2022, she became an enrolled agent and founded Taxes360, LLC, dedicated to serving individuals and small businesses with integrity and insight. As a federally authorized tax practitioner, Cindi is empowered to represent clients before the IRS in matters including audits, collections, and appeals. What sets her apart is her ability to bring humanity to the numbers—taking time to understand each client’s unique story and building meaningful connections through thoughtful, personalized tax strategies.
Giving back to the community is one of Cindi’s top priorities. She served on the board, Director of Corporate Membership for Tech Rochester (5 years) and 10-year veteran as a tax preparer, trainer for C.A.S.H organization, and several other committees that have helped Rochester grow.
Cindi has a BS degree from SUNY @Oswego and an MBA degree from St. John Fisher College.
