Strategic Planning for Solo Business Owners

Presenter: Jeanne Allen

HOPE IS NOT A STRATEGY…..A STRATEGY IS A STRATEGY

The “classic” approach to strategic planning doesn’t fit with small companies. They need to look at strategy in a more granular way, breaking it down into pieces that are manageable and scalable.

Having a strategy is vital for any small business. Here’s why:

• A strategy defines your plan for moving from where you are today to where you want your business to be in the future.

• Having a clearly defined business strategy is central to prioritizing, making decisions, and assessing progress toward your goals.

This program will help you gain an understanding around how to develop your company’s strategy and how to implement and measure your objectives.

Key Learning #1: You will learn how to develop your company's identity and direction.
Key Learning #2: You will learn about creating a road map to the future.
Key Learning #3: You will learn about the importance of tracking your progress.
