Paperwork and office management concerns are major consumers of time that frequently impact the effectiveness and productivity in office environments. They also can cause great frustration and stress, as well as put a strain on relationships. Issues like compliance regulations and documentation requirements further take up valuable time. So the more streamlined and consistent office processes and procedures are, the better the office will function and the happier employees will be.
Professional organizer, Jen Ulrich, will share suggestions on desktop and file management strategies, time management techniques, paperwork and document processing, and strategies to more effectively manage phone calls and other commitments.
