Presenter: Bob Lurz

Presentation Overview:

“How much should I charge for my services?” We often have no good way to know if our price is too high, too low, or reasonable. Pricing is always a challenge, especially if you’re a solo entrepreneur or small business providing a “knowledge” service. Unlike products, you can’t readily compare your prices on the Internet or in stores.

This program will have a short presentation about how solo entrepreneurs can effectively price their services. Then, we’ll network and learn from other participants about how they price their services. We’ll focus on the Three “M’s” of Pricing: Math, Magic, and Moxie.

Key Learning #1 - How to simply calculate the revenue and price you need for a viable business (Math).

Key Learning #2 - External factors that affect your pricing (Magic).

Key Learning #3 - Asking for the price you’re worth (Moxie).
