Facilitator Bill Brown

Turning Validation into a Real Business focuses on converting real-world market feedback into a clear, credible business that produces income. Built for seasoned professionals who have already tested their ideas through direct conversations, this session moves beyond positioning and into execution. Participants learn how to interpret market signals accurately, choose a business model that fits their stage of life, price their work based on risk rather than effort, and define a first offering that buyers can easily approve. The session emphasizes discipline over enthusiasm, clarity over complexity, and action over planning—ensuring participants leave with a practical path from validated experience to paid engagement.

In this Part 2: participants will present their homework: the vision of their offering to be reviewed and receive feedback from fellow participants.

Key Takeaways:

    • Interpret market feedback correctly: Learn how to distinguish real demand from polite interest by identifying patterns, ownership, and budget signals in validation conversations.

    • Design a business that fits you: Select an appropriate business model and pricing approach that respects experience, time, and energy rather than defaulting to hourly or growth-driven structures.

    • Move from insight to income: Leave with a defined offering, a clear buyer, and a concrete next step toward securing your first paid engagement.
