Presenter: Jennifer Byrnes

On the heels of Joe Morone's "Smart Prospecting" presentation, Jennifer Byrnes will guide you in how to use the library to identify and mine for actual prospects: the process for using the library to identify the right companies and the right contacts.

Three Key Learnings that the participants will learn from Jennifer's presentation:

1. What resources are available at the Central Library
2. How to effectively identify companies to market your services to
3. How to find information on identified companies to effectively prepare for meetings

Jennifer ByrnesJennifer Byrnes is a business research specialist in the Business & Social Sciences Division of the Rochester Public Library.  In addition to business, she coordinates a financial literacy grant through FINRA and the American Library Association.  Prior to RPL she worked at the University of Rochester School of Medicine conducting medical informatics research.  She has more than 10 years of experience with project implementation, study design, and data collection and analysis.  She has coordinated numerous research grants and contracts at both the state and federal levels.  Ms. Byrnes has a Masters of Library Science from the University at Buffalo as well as a Masters of Public Health from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry.
