Coaching is an Attitude
Presenter: Geoffrey Barrow
Coaching in business is often perceived as a soft option that most busy managers don't have time for and consultants reserve for a designated coaching appointment. However, the skills of effective coaching provide an essential bridge in the evolution from hierarchy to self-responsibility. The principles are timeless and global and instrumental in the transformation of the modern workplace.

Geoff Barrow has spent over 25 years in the international training world working to improve employee and organizational performance. While Geoff started his career as a research biochemist, he soon realized that his calling was to work with people rather than test tubes. A native of New Zealand, in the 1990’s he moved to England and joined a struggling photographic paper company, and set out to show how effective training could make a real difference. The measurable success he achieved earned him the prestigious National Training Award. He also received The Times (of London) special award for preparing employees to meet the challenges of international business. Since then, Geoff has pursued his passion for coaching (leadership and life) and is a Co-Active trained coach.
