Do you Need a Code of Ethics?
(Or should you just do the "right" thing?)

Presenter: Bob Lurz

Do you ever wonder if your client interactions are ethical?

A personal Code of Ethics can help you make ethical decisions as you deal with clients. Your Code should be consistent with your professional and moral values, and be specific enough to be meaningful. If a client or you have ethical concerns, your Code can enable you to have productive discussions about those concerns.

This Program will incite you to think about Ethics and how they affect your business decisions. You'll also get insight from the other participants’ opinions about ethics.

Key Learning #1: What is Ethical Behavior?
Key Learning #2: What is an Ethical Dilemma?
Key Learning #3: How a Code of Ethics can guide you through business situations where the right thing to do is not obvious.

This Program will incite you to think about Ethics and how they affect your business decisions. You'll also get insight from the other participants’ opinions about ethics.                                     ______________________________
