Rich was with RG&E for 28 years and currently provides payroll services along with his tax practice. He has an MBA in Finance from RIT. He is also a licensed insurance agent specializing in assisting seniors with their Medicare insurance.
Rich started presenting on taxes to RPCN in 2016.

TIME: 8:00am meeting start; folks that are setting up will be there by around 7:45am. We have the meeting space reserved until 10am, allowing for networking time after the meeting.
