Gaining buy-in within an organization big or small can be challenging. As a consultant, gaining buy-in to your recommendations is key to the impact you have on an organization. Regardless of your field of expertise, this program will present examples of how you can gain buy-in from your clients. Key tips for gaining buy-in will be presented and additional ideas will be shared in small group discussions so that you will gain from all our experiences. Terry Callanan is the owner of WalkOn Consulting, LLC. Terry has 35 plus years of experience driving process improvements at Kodak, Carestream and in the Greater Rochester community. Terry has a Ph.D. and M.S. in Statistics from Iowa State University, a B.S. in Statistics from Colorado State University, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Kodak.
