Consulting is a sales and marketing business. I will share my journey from being “in the red” to becoming a successful consultant. I will openly share what held me back in the beginning and ways I overcame it. You will learn how to see the value you offer and how to communicate it to a potential buyer. We will discuss how to weave your successes and insights into the conversation without boasting. You will learn how to build your business and have the life you desire.

After almost 30 years at GM, I opened Workplace Communication, Inc. in 2008.

During my tenure at GM, I also taught at Cornell ILR for over 19 years. Since then , I have transformed myself and my business to become an international consultant, coach and speaker. I work locally as well as internationally and have found a balance in which I earn more by expending more value not time.
