Nancy Roberts is a national speaker, trainer, and consultant helping companies hire the right people by assessing the underlying factors of performance – motivation and behavior. She is a Certified Behavioral Analyst but better known by her clients as “The DISC Wizard”. They say it’s like she has a “crystal ball” when it comes to predicting how candidates will perform on the job.
She has owned her own business since 2002 and has spoken at many national, regional, and local workshops and conferences. Nancy is able to do what many speakers don’t – bring fun and energy to important topics and subjects.
