Program Overview:
Many RPCN Friday “Learn From The Best” topics focus on the knowledge needed by consultants and professional service providers to best run their business. An unintentional “best kept secret” in RPCN for several years has been the Enhancing Human Capital (EHC) ongoing sessions. These meetings have been utilized by RPCN Members to enhance their support, guidance, and advice to the leaders of their corporate clients.
On Friday, November 10th, the EHC team will be hosting a session for RPCN Members and Non-members demonstrating the facilitated/collaborative nature of how knowledge is shared and expounded upon to everyone’s benefit. So, if you provide leadership services to companies or you are a leader striving to grow, you are all welcome to attend. Special note: we are waiving the normal $25 fee attendance fee for this event! Why not bring a coworker, partner, or invite another professional in the leadership space.
This meeting will be centered around the concepts taught by Stephen M.R. Covey in his recent book "Trust and Inspire." We'll discuss several various leadership styles that exist from a command and control view through to the “enlightened” Trust and Inspire leader and then delve more deeply into those traits, focusing the discussion on what Covey considers The 5 Core Beliefs of such a leader.

Dave has been a Patent Agent registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office since 2004 and has helped people get patents in a wide number of fields. Dave also has a strong interest in helping others to become more effective in their interactions with their colleagues and as such has been a charter member of the RPCN Enhancing Human Capital team. He is also a current director, a past president, and a past treasurer of RPCN.
