This workshop will guide participants through how to write and deliver an effective presentation or speech. Through instruction and activities, we will explore the considerations a speaker should make before they start writing, how to structure a presentation and craft effective visual aids, and how to use delivery elements like voice, facial expressions, hand gestures, and body movement to engage an audience. We will also cover strategies to build confidence with public speaking.

Amy Arbogast and Maria Sepulveda are the co-founders and Lead Coaches at Spark Speak LLC. Amy is also a professor at the University of Rochester, where she teaches classes on writing and public speaking. Maria holds an MBA from the Simon Business School with specialties in Brand Management and Product Management.
