Why Can't We All Get Along?
Increasing Understanding In a Polarized World
(Online Only)
Presenter: Meg Hegemann
Much of what divides us whether in society or in business comes from tension between two valid perspectives: task vs. relationship, stability vs. change, short-term results vs. long-term trust. When we hold too tightly to one side, it turns into me vs. you.
For consultants and solopreneurs, thriving in a polarized world means learning to hold both truths at once. Join us for an engaging session on developing a both/and mindset—a practical approach to bridging divides, building stronger client relationships, and finding success that lasts.
Key Takeaways:
- Polarities are seemingly opposite states that must coexist over time for success.
- Our natural preference for a pole can become part of our identity.
- Recognizing the dynamics of polarities helps us understand conflict more objectively.
