Facilitator: Andrew Biernat
Performance Enhancing Vitamins—PEVs—sound suspicious on purpose. You’re thinking PEDs: cheat codes, risk, and fallout. PEVs are the opposite. They give you an advantage without breaking rules or breaking people.
There are three PEVs, and they’re the drivers behind effort, resilience, and results. They’re always at work, whether you manage them intentionally or not. Ignore them, and burnout spreads. Use them, and your strongest people don’t just perform—they level up.
And if you’re a solopreneur, this still applies—because you are the team. When your performance drops, it will creep in with procrastination, inconsistent follow-through, decision fatigue, and the push-hard-then-crash cycle. The same three PEVs help you spot what’s missing and fix the real issue—so you perform better without grinding yourself down.
Key Takeaways:
- A firm understanding of the three PEVs and how they impact day-to-day work
- Personal PEV insights from a short (5 minute) assessment and group discussion
- Further insights and possible action items from small group breakouts
