Work is changing its shape. More people than ever are juggling multiple income streams or starting over after a full career. Non-traditional work is no longer the exception; it's becoming the rule.

This interactive, dialogue-driven session invites us to recognize a pattern many are already living and to discover the new landscape of work that is emerging: we're all in the same storm, but we're navigating it in very different boats.

We'll look at the public data, share collective stories, and explore what this shift means for our future clients.

Key Takeaways:

  • Key Takeaway #1: Non-traditional work has gone mainstream. As consultants, we are not the exception; we're the early edge of a shift that is now reaching everyone.
  • Key Takeaway #2: Same storm, different boats: people face the same disruption with unequal resources and support. Learning to understand who's in which boat is the new core skill.
  • Key Takeaway #3: This shift redefines who needs guidance. A growing population is navigating work transitions without a map which is an opening for consultants who can meet that need.
