The digital tools that work well when you’re just starting out can start to strain as your business grows. Before you know it, you may find yourself working around your technology instead of having technology that works for you.
In this practical workshop, we’ll walk through an audit of your digital setup to identify what’s working, what’s creating unnecessary work, where things aren’t connecting, and where you may be spending money on tools you don’t need. You’ll also learn how to use a simple checklist to decide what to keep, change, connect, or replace as your business evolves.
Key Takeaways:
- Key Takeaway #1: Recognize how “technical debt”—the costs and extra work created by shortcuts or quick fixes—can build up as your business grows.
- Key Takeaway #2: Evaluate whether your digital tools are working together effectively, without assuming they all need to come from the same vendor.
-
Key Takeaway #3: Use a practical framework to determine which tools are worth keeping, changing, connecting, or replacing based on how you actually work—not on what’s newest or most expensive.
