Caring for Clients and the Power of Presence
Presenter:
Mary Burkhardt, senior consultant, McArdle Ramerman Center
(Note: Due to unforeseen circumstances, Jim Ramerman can’t present on Friday. In his place is his skilled and well-regarded colleague).
Mary Burkhardt is a highly educated and experienced consultant. She has led people in small to worldwide organizations to be more focused on customer delight and to be accountable, flexible, proactive and productive as compared to the competition. She builds performance-based cultures through proactive relationships with customers, suppliers and people across multiple organizations. Before going into consulting, she was a vice president at Eastman Kodak Company.
Here is a short video of Jim describing this event.
In order to promote a professional atmosphere, attire is business casual for all attendees.
