Consulting Business Boot Camp




Starting a business on your own is a challenging adventure... the path is filled with several unknowns, obstacles and humbling experiences. It is also filled with new knowledge, personal growth and an enormous sense of accomplishment.

RPCN has assembled a distinguished group of subject matter experts from throughout the Rochester Business Community to provide an intensive 5-week training program.  The Boot Camp consists of a unique set of presentations, workshops, and panel discussions designed to provide the knowledge and tools you will need to start (or improve) a successful consulting business.

Navigate the path ahead with expert guidance - while avoiding time consuming and expensive mistakes commonly experienced by those who do not seek help.

Devin specializes in helping IT Executives improve their level of IT support provided to The Business. He offers much needed help to organizations experiencing: post-merger hangovers, loss of productivity, low employee morale, and other money wasting issues.  Focusing less on systems and more on the people side of IT, he offers help with: better aligning IT with The Business, change management, consolidation efforts from mergers & acquisitions (M&A), redesigning workflow, simplifying processes & procedures, and more.
